By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or hiring Greek Guy Property Services LLC, you agree to these Terms.
Greek Guy Property Services LLC provides residential and commercial junk removal and hauling services, including but not limited to:
Furniture removal
Mattress removal
Appliance removal
Garage and property cleanouts
Estate cleanouts
Rental property cleanouts
Office and commercial cleanouts
Yard waste removal
Construction and renovation debris removal
Hot tub removal
Electronics removal
General junk removal and hauling
Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the location, type of material, accessibility, labor requirements, disposal requirements, and size of the job.
Quotes may be provided by phone, text message, photographs, online forms, or in person.
Any quote provided before we physically inspect the items or property is an estimate only. Final pricing may change if the actual amount, weight, type, location, accessibility, labor requirements, or disposal requirements differ from the information originally provided.
Whenever reasonably possible, we will notify the customer of any price change before beginning additional work.
Additional charges may apply for unusually heavy materials, excessive labor, stairs, difficult access, disassembly, special handling, hazardous or restricted materials, or additional items not included in the original quote.
Scheduled service times and arrival windows are estimates.
Traffic, weather, disposal facility delays, previous jobs, equipment issues, or other circumstances may affect our arrival time.
Same-day and next-day services are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Greek Guy Property Services LLC.
The customer agrees to:
Provide accurate information regarding the items being removed.
Inform us of unusually heavy, hazardous, restricted, or potentially dangerous materials.
Provide reasonable and safe access to the property and items being removed.
Secure pets and maintain a reasonably safe work area.
Identify any items that should NOT be removed.
Obtain any necessary permission from a property owner, landlord, property manager, HOA, or other responsible party when applicable.
The person authorizing the removal represents that they own the items being removed or have legal authority to authorize their removal.
Greek Guy Property Services LLC is not responsible for disputes concerning ownership of items when removal was authorized by someone who reasonably appeared to have authority over the property or items.
We reserve the right to refuse any item or material that we believe may be unsafe, illegal, hazardous, excessively heavy, improperly contained, or otherwise unsuitable for transport or disposal.
Restricted materials may include, but are not limited to:
Hazardous chemicals
Certain paints, solvents, fuels, or oils
Medical or biohazardous waste
Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing materials
Explosives or ammunition
Certain batteries or pressurized containers
Illegal substances or materials
Any material prohibited by a landfill, transfer station, recycling facility, or applicable law
Customers should disclose potentially hazardous materials before scheduling service.
Once a customer identifies an item for removal and our team loads it into our vehicle or trailer, the customer authorizes Greek Guy Property Services LLC to transport, donate, recycle, dispose of, or otherwise handle that item at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for checking furniture, drawers, containers, boxes, appliances, clothing, and other belongings for money, jewelry, documents, electronics, sentimental items, or other valuables before removal.
Greek Guy Property Services LLC is not responsible for personal property accidentally included with items that the customer authorized us to remove.
We make reasonable efforts to donate or recycle usable materials whenever practical.
However, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be donated or recycled.
Final disposal decisions may depend on the item's condition, available donation centers, recycling facilities, disposal regulations, transportation requirements, and facility acceptance policies.
Our team takes reasonable care while performing removal services.
Customers should inform us before work begins about fragile flooring, walls, doors, stairs, landscaping, fixtures, plumbing, electrical components, or other areas requiring special care.
Greek Guy Property Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, hidden defects, improperly installed fixtures, structural weaknesses, or damage resulting from conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before performing the service.
If removing an item creates a substantial risk of property damage, we reserve the right to refuse or modify the removal.
Certain removals, including hot tubs, sheds, furniture, fixtures, or other large items, may require cutting, disassembly, or minor demolition.
When the customer authorizes this work, the customer acknowledges that reasonable incidental marks or damage may occur to the item being removed.
Any demolition or disassembly involving structures, utilities, electrical systems, plumbing, or other potentially hazardous conditions may be refused or may require additional qualified contractors.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service.
Accepted payment methods may vary.
Customers are responsible for all agreed-upon charges associated with the service, including approved additional labor, disposal fees, or additional items added to the job.
Commercial customers, property managers, contractors, or other approved accounts may be provided separate invoicing terms.
We understand that plans change and ask customers to provide as much notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Greek Guy Property Services LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation or trip fee when a customer cancels after our crew has been dispatched, fails to provide access to the property, or is unavailable for a confirmed appointment.
Any cancellation fee will be communicated to the customer when applicable.
We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, modify, or cancel services due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, inaccessible property, hazardous materials, aggressive animals, dangerous structures, or any other condition that could reasonably create a safety risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Greek Guy Property Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
Customers should report any alleged property damage related to our services as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to inspect and address the issue.
